Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Agrology ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Services
Agrology provides agricultural drone services including but not limited to:
- Debushing and land clearing services
- Weed management and crop care
- Pest control and disease management
- Fertiliser application
- Soil analysis and sampling
- Aerial mapping and surveying
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
- Obtain any necessary permissions or authorizations for work on your property
- Ensure safe access to the work area for our personnel and equipment
- Pay all fees and charges associated with our services in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Weather and Operational Conditions
Drone operations are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, rain, or poor visibility. We will notify you as soon as possible of any weather-related schedule changes.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and in our services are the property of Agrology or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent. Any data, maps, or reports generated through our services remain our property until full payment is received.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agrology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
